Amber AleThis Amber ale is light amber in color, with a nutty malt character and a nice clean light hop finish. The beer starts with a nose that is a combination of toasted malt and fresh hop character. The malt carries through the entire flavor to the crisp finish. Buffalo Tap Room Amber Ale has enough flavor to stand up to the biggest of foods but is light enough to be an easy drinking staple. Brewed with Pale Ale, Cara Vienna, Munich and Chocolate Malts with Magnum and Liberty Hops. Unfiltered RyeImbued with the subtle, but uniquely different, essence of rye; this smooth finishing ale is exciting on the palate. Cherry WheatWe use six different malts to create a dark wheat beer for the base of this complex Cherry Wheat. The aroma of this beer is a complex intertwining of Cherries, Toasted Malt and Fruity Esters. The Cherry nose carries over into the beginning of the taste, which then fades to a complex malty flavor. The beer finishes crisp and clean leaving you to drink some more to find the cherry character. Brewed with Pale Ale, Munich, Wheat, Roasted Wheat, Special B Malt and Roasted Barley with Mt. Hood Hops and Natural Cherry Flavor. Brown AleThe dark, rich color, and thick majestic froth of the pour, is a harbinger of the delightfully nutty character captured in this brew. India Pale AleIndia Pale Ales were originally made with high alcohol and hopping rates in order to survive the journey from England to India. The Buffalo Tap Room India Pale Ale is brewed in that tradition and would have survived the journey perfectly. This beer is deep gold in color and has a wonderful hop aroma and flavor. Although the beer has a big hop character, we add enough malt to give a wonderful balance between the hops, malt and alcohol. The beer has a long complex hop finish that lasts and lasts. Brewed with Pale Ale, Munich, Cara Vienna and Wheat Malt with Columbus and First Gold Hops. Irish AleThere are few who celebrate good drink and sprits more enthusiastically than the Irish. This ale is a festive tribute to the lush green rolling hills, and ever changing skies, of the Emerald Isle. A full bodied flavor and nose which leads into a clasically smooth Irish finish. PorterThe first origins of Porter are still somewhat obscured in the shadows of antiquity. Originally known as "Entire" this dark flavorful pour was the precursor to stout. Mai BockBrewed in the tradition of a German Maibock, SpringFest is a beer truly worthy of celebrating the coming of spring. This deep golden colored brew has a big malty character intertwined with anoble hops and clean warming finish. Maibocks were originally brewed by Germans to help keep them warm while celebrating the coming of early spring out of doors.
